✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing or using the Raphy TV IPTV service ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

📡 2. Service Description

Raphy TV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that includes:

• Access to 40,000+ live channels from 170 countries.
• A VOD library of 200,000+ movies and 100,000+ series, updated daily.
• Streaming quality up to Ultra 8K, depending on your device and internet speed.
• An Electronic Program Guide (EPG) and M3U / Xtream Code access.

👤 3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Your subscription is personal and tied to the credentials delivered to your email.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• Each plan covers use on your devices; simultaneous streaming on multiple screens requires a multi-connection plan.
• Subscriptions are activated instantly and remain valid for the purchased period (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months).

💳 4. Payments & Renewal

• All plans are prepaid. Payment must be completed before activation.
• We will send you a reminder before your subscription expires. Renewal is optional — no automatic charges are made.
• Prices may change in the future, but your current renewal price is locked for returning customers unless stated otherwise.

⚠️ 5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, reselling or redistributing your account or credentials to any third party.
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose in your country of residence.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload our servers or infrastructure.
• Using automated tools to scrape channels, VOD content or server data.
• Claiming or implying that you are an official reseller unless authorized in writing.

📶 6. Service Availability & Performance

• We target 99.9% uptime with AntiFreeze™ server technology.
• Occasional maintenance or source-side issues may cause temporary interruptions; we work to restore service as quickly as possible.
• Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device — a minimum of 15–20 Mbps is recommended for stable HD.
• Some content may be subject to regional availability by the original broadcasters.

Our refund conditions are defined in the Refund Policy. In short: if the Service does not work on your device and our team cannot fix it within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Please read the full Refund Policy for eligibility details and non-refundable cases.

📶 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, data loss, or inability to access third-party content sources.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet provider, third-party apps, or force majeure events.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

⚖️ 10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raphy TV operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, they may be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
